Made to Order

All of our products are lovingly made to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. We don't hold ready-made stock, which means every item is crafted especially for you.

We recommend ordering with plenty of time before your event to avoid any last-minute stress!

Shipping Options

We ship via Royal Mail and offer the following services at checkout:

Tracked 48 | £4.85 | 2–3 working days after dispatch

Tracked 24 | £5.80 | 1–2 working days after dispatch

Express Delivery | £10.45 | Next working day after dispatch

Express Delivery (orders over £50) | FREE | Next working day after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Please note that dispatch times (3–5 working days) are in addition to delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey on the Royal Mail website.

• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

• We are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail once your parcel has been dispatched.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been sent.
